We specialize in "micro-groups" of 10 or more that many large-scale caterers won't service. We provide an intimate, boutique experience that is perfect for a bachelor or bachelorette weekend. Corporate boilers with giant trucks would never! We handle the tables, high-quality supplies, and the atmosphere, making the meal an effortless and "Instagrammable" highlight of the trip.

We are a completely self-contained operation. We provide the tables, custom liners, and all necessary cooking and serving equipment. The only thing we require from the host is access to an outdoor area (like a patio, driveway, or courtyard) and a standard water source. We aim to make the process entirely hands-off for the guest and the property managers and owners!

Absolutely. While we love a classic boil, our "Shuck and Boil" package is our most popular high-end offering. It features a live raw bar with fresh Louisiana oysters shucked on-site, chilled jumbo shrimp, and seasonal ceviche. For groups looking for something unique, we can also provide our famous Saturday specialty lobster rolls—fresh meat, light lemon butter, and toasted brioche. We do some real good gumbo too!
